Perspective Counselling provides an opportunity to talk to a trained practitioner, Jane Schofield, with expertise and experience, in complete confidence.
Through the process of talking, new ways of thinking about problems and gaining perspective bring about possibilities for change and a different way forward can emerge.
I work with both individuals and couples. It is also of great importance to me that I work with people regardless of their ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or disability.
An initial assessment will give us an opportunity to explore whether we can work together effectively and to discuss the frequency of sessions. I do not charge for this assessment (see Fees).
